Family owned business that makes some of the best breakfast burritos anywhere. Ask for sauce on the side if you can't handle spicy foods, or get it with sauce and sauce on the side if you can. These burritos are a full meal, and they will keep you full for the rest of the day. Expect a wait as this place always has a line. Well worth the wait.

Good spot. Friendly service. Breakfast burrito was tasty. I wish there was more egg in it and that the steak wasnt so finely chopped. The amount of sloced potatoes took away from everything else, but all aas seasoned great. The spicy salsa is spicy and delish! Worth an AM stop.

Great breakfast burrito stuffed to the brim with eggs, hash browns, and cheese! I got mine with sausage for a buck more (~$7). The green jalapeno salsa adds a flavorful spicy kick and can be ordered inside or on the side. The place was popular on a Friday 9am and there was a bit of a wait (~20 orders ahead of me) but the guys were hustling and got them out fast... Nothing a cup of coffee (Folgers classic roast) can't fix while waiting. My food was hot and delicious. Note the place is cash only.

The best healthy food r. Really good day starts with a healthy breakfast. They sent the best breakfast burritos and also they are cheaper too.Only cash.. it's so crowded.. That at times it takes an hour. So you can order and do some chores in the meantime.But the good food

Best Burritos...they must be since I drive 12 miles from my house.Bacon Burrito, steak burrito, sausage burrito, plain. So far all great tasting. There hot sauce is good too, spicy, so you first times I suggest for it on the side and you add as you wish. The potato is not hashbrown looking, hard to describe, but all good.Mon-Fri 6am to 11am breakfast.Saturday 7am to 11 am breakfast (they only open on Saturdays for breakfast)

I’m on the hunt for good breakfast burritos in Burbank. This one has way too much Hash Browns in it. I got the combo bacon and sausage, no cheese. Taste isn’t anything to write home about. They give you the tiniest little container of salsa too. Ask for more.Small parking lot, 1-2 spots open at a time, long line usually. Best to call in for pick up.Okay price, but kinda small.

Best Breakfast Burritos anywhere! It's their unique homemade salsa that sets their burritos far apart from the competition. I enjoy burritos from Apollo, Lucky Boy, and Taqueria El Tapatio, as well, but they do not compare with the Corner Cottage Breakfast Burritos...... If you can deal with a bit of a wait, the burrito will be well worth it....

I have no idea how old this place is but I've been coming here for at least 25 years. The owner has been at the register, his brother on the grill, every time I've gone in for their famous breakfast burritos. It's a simple mix of perfectly prepared ingredients that has been the same every time. Excellent! You will wait but they're worth waiting for and get there before 11am or you won't get one.

I can't believe this is the 3rd time within this week that I have been here. The breakfast burritos 🌯 are so delicious. They make them right front of you and it comes out within 10 to 15 mins (usually due to a long line). This place has become a staple within the Burbank Community for its cheap and great quality food. I guess they're able to keep the price low due to the cash only environment. It would have been great if they accepted debit/credit cards. I'll definitely be back here :)

Corner cottage has some great breakfast burritos! was visiting some friends of mine that live in Burbank and they always talk about how good that place is but they said they'd never been there before. one morning I decided that we should all go and we went and had their breakfast burritos and they were pretty epic! you can choose from bacon sausage ham or steak or any combination of the above for meats become with potatoes and eggs and some really good salsa definitely would recommend this place if you like a good breakfast burrito!

It's a cozy space with yummy food! The man with the beard was on top of everything, the man who took our order was kind and funny!They should sell sides... The potatoes are great! Thank you!

Food is good! Great prices, a lot of people love this restaurant so get there early to avoid a line. I definitely recommend friends and family to come here.

A true staple of Burbank. If you haven't had a breakfast burrito from here, then you haven't truly experienced the city. Tiny place and usually a long wait to order and for your food but it's so worth it. If you like spicy then get it with salsa inside. For the faint of heart; get it with salsa on the side first. It's not insanely spicy but it compliments the rest of the ingredients really well.

The food is amazing. Five stars. Easily. And the line out door will tell you that you are in store for something delicious. The staff were excellent too . So why the lower rating? The hours seems incredibly sporadic and inconsistent. Maybe I just have bad luck getting here, but that's got to be realllly bad luck then on my part

so good and their chilli cheese fries are SOME THING ELSE. I crave them every second of every day and always make sure i go at the time they have them. GREAT staff

Haven’t been here in about a decade, and man these breakfast burritos bring back memories... They have not changed their formula, and the hot sauce is still the best... I highly recommend these. The only draw back is the long lines, doesn’t matter what time you come, there’s always a line. Oh yeah, and it’s cash only. But other than that be ready to have the best breakfast burritos this side of town.

My wife and I have been wanting to try this place out for a while. Several of our friends kept raving about their breakfast burritos. Unfortunately today we missed breakfast but we decided to stay for lunch. One of the specials for the day Pastrami burger, fries and a drink. I added chili and onions to mine, while my wife opted for chili only. While the patties are small the flavor isn’t. I truly enjoyed every last bite. On a side note the chili reminded me of the chili from one of my favorite places of all time, Tommy’s!!

My wife introduced me to the breakfast Burritos. While I really enjoyed this. I am glad that I am not in Burbank everyday because I would be broke. These folks know what the people like and they are pushing them out the door. I'll be back one day.this place is amazing.

4 words: be prepared to wait. You can be waiting for as long as 30 minutes to an hour when ordering a breakfast burrito here. The burritos are good and well packed but waiting a long time for your burrito or any other breakfast item will test your patience. Parking is scarce in the lot so you'll be parking around the corner, on the street or in a neighborhood to then wait in a long line. Also bring cash as it is a cash only establishment.

Hands Down The Best Breakfast Burrito in Los Angeles !

Simple breakfast burrito, very small. Would get two of them if your very hungry. It was about a twenty minute wait for the food. I like the burrito because it had less grease than most breakfast burritos, also very little salt and dry patatoe.

I always get the ham breakfast burrito from here, medium spicy. They've had the same recipe for 20 years and they don't need to change a thing. The salsa is Simply Delicious, and it has a kick. This will always be my favorite breakfast burrito place. The staff is so friendly, and familiar. I really enjoy the camaraderie. Everybody seems to truly enjoy working there. It has a nice atmosphere, a good vibe. Everything you want in a breakfast burrito place. Keep up the great work!
